Background

Interactivity and preservation of the doctor-patient relationship are the TelenetDoctor™ platform’s primary features. Core to our technology is the precise fusion of a unique software solution with telecommunications to manage chronic diseases and conditions enabling the continuous and interactive coordination of care among all providers, influencers, and the patient. The TelenetDoctor™ platform is an open-architecture, continuous monitoring system that can be easily adapted to individual needs.

Our platform can be used for the screening, early detection, and diagnosis of several common conditions including the use of cardiac monitoring (ECG, Holter, Event, etc.), pre-diabetes, diabetes with blood glucose monitoring, high/low blood pressure, COPD, Parkinson disease, patient behavioral health self-assessments including stress, mood and pain monitoring, sleep apnea, and medication management among other conditions; measures along with Case Management oversight and teleconsultation are other applications. Cardiotocography (fetal heart rate and uterine tone) of pregnant women is one example of additional features that can be accommodated.

The TelenetDoctor™ platform uses store and forward technology, real-time, and remote monitoring. It is not a medical application but rather an interactive process.

TelenetDoctor™ was designed with simplicity of use in mind so it would be intuitive to meet the needs of elderly and infirmed patients as well as busy clinicians who need readily available and actionable information to render informed treatment decisions. Therefore, all peripherals coupled to the system are simple, off the shelf items that patients are either using already or are very simple to learn and can be selected by the practitioner for consistency and ease of use by their patients and staff. The patient interface is also user-friendly excluding the need for sophisticated instructions. Furthermore, the Bluetooth enabled monitoring devices automatically transmit readings to our central monitoring platform for analysis with minimal or no actions required by the patient.

As noted, our platform can operate as a standalone system or seamlessly integrates into existing EHRs through our API so there is no need to log into additional systems for actionable information to be available at the fingertips of providers, staff and caregivers. All measures are fully customizable allowing providers to meet each patient’s individual needs.

In summary, TelenetDoctor™ extends the personalized care rendered by providers through the combination of telecommunication technology and our unique software to meet patients where they live to optimize their health and quality of life.

His travels took him to 17 states and Washington DC, building an extensive network of Corporate partners, Public Officials, and Community Advocates. He founded a market research consulting firm and worked as a political consultant for many local and national campaigns.
